What was our outcome?
Through our coaching and by gently challenging Kate to be held accountable, she initiated and held several conversations resulting in her career progression. Through our coaching sessions Kate found ways in which to have conversations with senior managers and to speak up that did not leave her paralyzed with fear.

By becoming more self aware Miia realised the need for structure in her life, to let go of her inner critic and to ensure that the decisions she makes bring her high value.
“I would absolutely recommend Kate as a coach to anyone who is looking to make changes in their lives and in fact have already recommended her to a friend of mine.” (Miia did indeed recommend a friend to me and I had the privilege of working with her too!)

What was our goal?
Kate wanted to be more a more confident leader.
What were our challenges?
Kate wanted improve her self esteem, her strategic thinking and her confidence when presenting and leading meetings especially with senior stakeholders.
What was our outcome?
By reflecting on what Kate had achieved to date, evaluating where she was currently to where she wanted to be in her career and taking into account the lifestyle she wanted to live we worked intensely on Kate’s inner belief and self esteem. At the end of our coaching journey Kate said:
“Having dedicated time to regularly reflect on my interactions with colleagues and that I often already know the answer on what I can do to improve or develop, but it’s about having discipline and consistently applying what I’ve learnt in the right place, at the right time. Having a coach who understood my barriers and was flexible yet structured to make sure we had a productive conversation I now feel more confident in my abilities and have a clear picture of my strengths as well as the areas of improvement where I need to direct my energy I am also more comfortable discussing the benefits coaching has had on me personally."

Chris was very driven to make his business work and I used several time management tools to assist him in creating a viable working day and week for him. By gaining more self awareness of the ways in which he used to work, Chris was able to change his old approach and began to achieve a lot more of his business and course goals.
Return to Work
Liz Pickering, NHS
What was our goal?
Liz was set to return to work and wanted to ensure that this was the right decision for her and if so in what capacity. She did not want to return to her old role and management team and wanted to use her newly acquired skills within a new role.
What were our challenges?
Liz came up against a lot of processes and bureaucracy which caused a decrease in her motivation in returning to work and even resulted in her questioning on whether she wanted to go back at all.
What was our outcome?
We explored all alternative avenues, set several plans in place which resulted in Liz realising the role she wanted. So we set about creating that role, presenting it to senior leadership and once agreed how she would implement this once she was back.
“I found Kate to be full of warmth, enthusiasm and honesty and I liked her rounded approach to the sessions.”
